Lower back pain, or lumbago, is a common condition caused by muscle strain, spinal disc problems, or nerve inflammation. It may present as acute discomfort or become a long-term chronic issue.
Migraine is a severe, recurring headache. It usually starts on one side and can last from several hours to 3 days. Often accompanied by nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, and sometimes visual disturbances (aura). It is not just a normal headache — it greatly reduces quality of life.
Herniated Disc is when the disc between the vertebrae ruptures and presses on the nerves. It is one of the most common causes of back pain. Most often occurs in the lumbar region and causes severe pain radiating to the leg, numbness, weakness and sometimes loss of bladder control.
Radiculitis is severe pain caused by compression of the spinal nerve root. It most often radiates from the lower back to the leg (sciatica). The pain is shooting, with numbness, tingling and sometimes leg weakness. It is not ordinary back pain — it is a sign of nerve compression.
Parkinson’s disease is a chronic condition caused by gradual loss of movement-controlling brain cells. It causes hand and leg tremor, slowed movements, muscle stiffness and balance problems. It mostly appears after age 60 but can occur earlier.
Epilepsy is a condition caused by sudden abnormal electrical activity in brain cells. It leads to seizures. During an attack a person may lose consciousness, their body may stiffen, limbs may jerk or they may “freeze” for a few seconds. In most people seizures can be greatly reduced and normal life is possible.
Bell’s palsy is sudden weakness or paralysis on one side of the face. Usually overnight one half of the face “drops”: the eye doesn’t close, smiling becomes difficult, food falls out of the mouth. Often caused by a virus and most people recover fully within 3-6 months.
Peripheral neuropathy is damage to the nerves in the hands and feet. It causes tingling, numbness, burning pain, “pins and needles” sensation and weakness. The most common cause is diabetes. This condition lowers quality of life, but early treatment can greatly improve symptoms.

Lumbago is pain in the lower back region, often triggered by posture, lifting, stress, or spinal issues. It’s one of the most common musculoskeletal conditions.
Shoulder and knee joint problems commonly occur due to injuries, arthritis, or overuse, especially in athletes and the elderly. They can limit mobility and reduce quality of life.
